- All guests must be current on required vaccinations. Canine guests must have a negative fecal test within the last six months.
- We require a 48 hour cancellation notice for any of our services. During heavy holiday season we require a 50% non-refundable deposit on a credit card and a 14 day cancellation notice.
- Check in time is two hours prior to closing M-F 4:30, and Sat - Sun 2:00 pm.
- Check out time is 11:30 am.
- We have a wait period of 7 days after any new vaccination.
- Prior to boarding or dog day care you must schedule a behavior evaluation
