  • All guests must be current on required vaccinations. Canine guests must have a negative fecal test and the bordetella vaccination within the last six months.
  • We require a 48 hour cancellation notice for any of our services. During heavy holiday season we require a 50% non-refundable deposit on a credit card and a 14 day cancellation notice.
  • Check in time is two hours prior to closing M-F 4:30, and Sat - Sun 2:00 pm.
  • Check out time is 11:30 am.
  • We have a wait period of 7 days after any new administered vaccine.
  • Prior to boarding or dog day care you must schedule a behavior evaluation
